ORDERING and RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the products sold on this web site.
All sales are final at the time the order is shipped. No Refunds or Returns unless otherwise stated Below.

By placing or accepting delivery of equipment, supplies, products or services as described and sold on this web site. Customer / Purchaser agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions of sale. You represent, warrant and agree that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years and that you have adequate legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Do Not send credit card information using E-Mail. E-Mail is NOT Secure.
1.) If you have any shipping Instructions or comments, please tell us when calling in order or provide on comments with cart.
2.) Orders requiring a prescription will ONLY be shipped after a copy of the prescription has been received by OxLife. You or your Doctor may Fax a copy of your prescription to: 1-828-684-8990.
3.) Upon completion of your order via the internet, you will receive a confirmation E-mail of your order and a order number. A copy of your Invoice will be mailed after order is sent.
4.) If the item you ordered is not in stock, Back Ordered, we will notify you by phone of the estimated ship date. NOTE: Please make sure your phone number is correct.
5.) Company orders must furnish a State Sales Tax Number and fill our appropriated forms to verify that you are a qualified dealer.
6.) Any changes or inaccuracies must be made before the order is Shipped, our shipping time is typically within 24 to 48 Hours Monday through Friday. Additional shipping, redelivery, ALL Custom's and Duties charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customer assumes full responsibility for drop shipments made to other than the purchasers billing address.
7.) Orders placed over the Internet or by phone and charged to your Credit Card and then canceled for No Prescription (if required for purchase) or has shipped, will be subject to a service fee of a Min. $ 15.00 or a Max. 5% which ever is greater of the Total Invoice. All orders that are refused by the customer for delivery, or special order items or items returned for none signature are also subject to a 20% Restocking fee plus ALL shipping costs .
8.) You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped without any service or restocking fee's. If your order has shipped, the above policy (#7) will apply. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all Credit Card refunds domestically and 4-6 weeks for International.

9.) Standard shipping is by UPS ground we can also ship by request Fed Ex.
10.) For overnight Shipping, Orders placed and received BEFORE 12 Noon, E.S.T will be shipped the same day pending prescription if required and stock status. Overnight orders received AFTER 12 Noon E.S.T will be shipped the next business day pending prescription if required and stock status. We must have a copy of your prescription before we can ship your order. If an item is not in stock, we will call you as soon as possible. Signature is Required for Orders $25.00 or More . If you cannot be there to accept your order, Fed Ex and UPS will leave you a notice of delivery that you may sign and get delivery the next business day. If you have any problems , Please give us a call.
11.) Shipments outside the United States will be billed separately for freight and insurance. All duties, tariff's, custom's charges or any other international charges or fee's are the responsibility of the purchaser. If Insurance is declined by customer, customer bears full responsibility for any loss or damages.

RETURNS:
You MUST have an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) number before returning any item (See policy below*) or defective product to OxLife, no exceptions. Upon calling OxLife: RMA Request department OxLife will issue you an RMA# with instructions
All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus All shipping costs .
Products returned with an odor precipitated by cigarette smoke or other types of environmental odors, used (even one time), not in original packing, factory seal or plastic bags open or broken or that have been used (i.e. running the machine) will not be accepted for return under any condition.
We strongly suggest that the Customer keep the original packaging for the duration of the warranty period. The packaging that your product comes in is the proper packaging according to manufacturer's specifications. This packaging would be required should the Customer have to ship the machine for servicing or repairs. Failure to do so will be at expense to the Customer and the Customer will have to buy the proper box from the manufacturer.
Due to the nature of the items sold on this web site by OxLife, any item returned to OxLife without an RMA# number clearly marked on the outside of the package may be refused or destroyed at purchasers expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determiner of the definition of defective.
Upon getting your RMA# number, we suggest that you use UPS or Parcel Post and for your protection, return the package INSURED and keep your receipt. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. returns. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with any information or instructions with the package and place the RMA# number on the outside of the box or return shipping label.
REFUNDS:
All refunds are by credit back to the original credit card or credit towards future purchases as determined by OxLife. We do not give cash refunds. Any restocking fees, credit card charges, shipping and handling costs, missing or damaged parts are the responsibility of the purchaser and shall be deducted from the total Invoice amount.
Special Order items as noted on your Invoice are non refundable, non returnable.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all credits domestically and 4-6 weeks for International orders.
* This policy does not apply to any item worn or used next to the skin or is used to dispense, deliver oxygen or medication. Due to the nature of these products. NO returns or exchanges will be accepted under ANY circumstances other than for warranty repairs through the original manufacturer.

OxLife does not accept any insurance payments or warrant same, for the equipment or supplies sold on this web site. We suggest that you contact your insurance carrier FIRST and ask them their direct reimbursement policy.

OxLifeinc.com shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to back orders of Products, mail or shipping delays, customs delays, lost shipments, Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of oxlifeinc.com. oxlifeinc.com may use email to notify the Customer in the event of such delays upon its sole discretion. Customer shall be solely responsible to make other arrangements to purchase or seek alternative products. Any and All costs incurred in connection with such purchases shall be borne by Customer alone and not oxlifeinc.com.
